Being a homeowner you couldn’t ask for a better feeling in being in your own place. Steeping out on faith and having God in your life is the best thing. You can do anything with your dreams. State it; claim it; with the Lords blessing.

I have always dreamed of owning my own home. My children were always asking, “Mom when are we going to buy a home?” After living in public housing owned by Dallas Housing Authority for seven years, my dream came true with the help of Builders of Hope CDC.
Builders of Hope worked hard on helping me with the paperwork and loan process. I was so excited when I received the news I was approved for a mortgage loan. On the way back from the closing, I was so over whelmed with excitement; I drove around lost, trying to find my way back home. It’s a great blessing to be a homeowner! Everyday I get home from work I enjoy driving up to my home. My children and I are so thankful! The kids are excited about their new friends. We also have nice friendly neighbors.
I want to suggest to anyone that is thinking about homeownership, do it. Start enjoying life, not just living it. I want to truly thank Builders of Hope staff for making our dream of homeownership a reality.
